To create portraiture and capture the subject’s emotions and posture/motion.
About —

Everyone has distinctive characteristics that shape who they are. In these photographs, there was a desire to fully depict the subject’s personality.
Process —

Some photoshoots involved models wearing assigned outfits or dressing according to a certain aesthetic, whereas others were left up to the model in terms of their attire. Likewise, some locations were chosen by the photographer while others were selected by the model. All photographs were required to be in black and white.
